The Hillstream Handicapper is a performance-based program for handicapping thoroughbred horse races.  The program considers performance in prior year, performance in current year, performance in last five races, and, when on turf,  performance in turf races.  Factors used are earnings, wins & races in the money. Performances are weighted, with most recent performance given the greatest weight. Produces a score for earnings, wins, and in money, plus a composite score. 

Note:  Use capital letters, as this program is case sensitive.
